This apartment is without any doubt the most beautiful, elegant and
comfortable that my wife and I have rented in many travels all over the world.
It is decorated with great taste, has everything that you need to feel at
home, the domestic appliances, furniture and laptop with internet access are
brand new, and it's supplied with bottled water, juices, milk, teas, coffee,
chocolates, and a wide assortment of breakfast breads and pastries. The two
beds are firm and very comfortable and there are two sofa beds also, which
easily can accommodate from 4 to 7 people with ample space and two marvelous
baths. Cleaning is done meticulously to perfection. The apartment is located
four blocks from the train station and two from a bus stop that goes to the
center of Salamanca. But the best are the owners, Gemma and Luis, they were
extremely helpful, solving our problems, providing the finest printed guide to
the city, advice on restaurants, and even a DVD rental shop located half a
block from the apartment. We have been pampered and will be almost impossible
to get anything close to this place in the future.

We have found an apartment very comfortable and modern, so we were very comfortable. The attention received by the owner has proved very gratifying, the only suggestion that we think is advisable to have 2 sets of keys.

The apartment is excellent and is fully equipped, besides being very clean and like new. It is located near the train station (which has a lot of animation. Cinemas, restaurants, a supermarket.) And although it is not rare in the heart in 15 minutes you come to the Plaza Mayor
What I liked: The decor and the kindness of their owners.

We have spent a great weekend, the apartment is a marvel, very modern, very clean and decorated with great taste, not short nor a record, up includes breakfast! . Located in an area very good, very close to everything and marriage that the rent is charming, very friendly and very attentive. Repeat on another occasion is the only thing left to say!

IN September, we stay with our baby of 20 months, available to all amenities both for her and for us. You feel like in your own home, but with great detail. OS so dictate, is comfortable, practices, welcoming ... And the owners very kind. Yes Back to Salamanca, was in no doubt where to stay.

Friends is a gozada ojala well outside my house, it's like magazine, the owners are charming and so scrupulously clean, gave us documentation of the city and most importantly we were told was where to eat everything buenísimo not forget this weekend, thanks Gemma.

The fate of "almost" premiered this comfortable apartment and being surrounded by friends cuidadisimo in such property has made us even more to enjoy this unforgettable weekend.
The cuidadisima decoration, the quality of each of the furniture and objects that give this heat and colorful, and "additions" (desayunos. extra information, etc. ...) by their owners, even praising the more reasonable price we have paid for this weekend.
With so tasteful, illusion and treatment so warm that we had, I am sure that these apartments will give you much joy to their owners now.

Despite and because of the rain, spend a few days in salamanca very pleasant. An apartment renovated as new, with all the comforts of a hotel from 5 estrellas.Un very cordial greeting to the owners, Gema and her husband were so vigilant at all times.

Este apartamento, sin duda alguna, es el mejor, más elegante y confortable que
mi esposa y yo hemos alquilado en nuestros numerosos viajes al extranjero.
Esta decorado con un gusto exquisito, tiene todo lo que se necesita para
sentirse como en casa, todos los muebles, electrodomésticos y el ordenador
portátil con acceso a internet son nuevos. Las dos camas cameras son firmes y muy cómodas, además hay dos sofá cama, o sea, que pueden vivir entre 4 y 7 personas con amplio espacio y dos baños bellísimos. La limpieza se hace periódicamente, de manera
meticulosa, perfeccionista. El apartamento esta situado a unas cuatro manzanas
de la estación de ferrocarril y dos de una parada de bus que lleva al centro
de la ciudad. Pero lo mejor son los dueños, Gemma y Luis, que nos prestaron
una ayuda increíble, resolviendo problemas, proporcionando la mejor guía
impresa y detallada de la ciudad, aconsejando restaurantes e indicándonos una
tienda de videos y DVD justo en la esquina del edificio. Hemos sido mimados y
será imposible conseguir algo que se parezca a este apartamento en nuestros
viajes futuros.

Nos ha parecido un apartamento muy acogedor y moderno, por lo que hemos estado muy a gusto. La atención recibida por parte de la propietaria nos ha resultado muy gratificante, la única sugerencia que nos parece recomendable es tener 2 juegos de llaves.

Muy acogedora la vivienda.
Decoración exquisita, en una escala del 1 al 10 se lleva el máximo el 10.
Felicitar a los propietarios por el buen guato que han tenido.
Desearía que los futuros inquilinos ayudaran a mantener y cuidar cuanto hay en la vivienda, estoy segura que si.
Lo recomendaré a loa amigos de Barcelona y fuera del lugar donde vivo el placer de conocer Salamanca y sobre todo con un alojamiento como este.

El apartamento es excelente y esta totalmente equipado, además de estar muy limpio y como nuevo. Se encuentra al lado de la estación de tren (que tiene mucha animación. Cines, restaurantes, un supermercado. ) y aunque no está en pleno centro en escasos 15 minutos se llega a la Plaza Mayor
Lo que más me gustó: La decoración y la amabilidad de sus propietarios.
Lo recomiendo a: Parejas, Familias con niños , Grupos de amigos

Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial, el apartamento es una maravilla, muy moderno, muy limpio y decorado con muchísimo gusto, no le falta ni un detalle. Está situado en una zona muy buena, muy cercana a todo y el matrimonio que lo alquila es encantador, muy amable y muy atento. Repetir en otra ocasión es lo único que me queda por decir!
Lo que más me gustó: El estado del apartamento, totalmente nuevo, limpio y decorado con muchísimo gusto, muy cómodo. Te sientes como en casa.
Lo que menos me gustó: Nada
Lo recomiendo a: Parejas , Familias con niños , Viajeros solitarios

EN SEPTIEMBRE NOS ALOJAMOS CON NUESTRA BEBE DE 20 MESES, DISPONIAN DE TODAS LAS COMODIDADES TANTO PARA ELLA COMO PARA NOSOTROS. TE SIENTES COMO EN TU PROPIA CASA, PERO CON TODO LUJO DE DETALLES. OS LO ACONSEJO, ES COMODO, PRACTICO, ACOGEDOR... Y LOS PROPIETARIOS MUY AMABLES. SI VOLVEMOS A SALAMANCA, NO TENEMOS DUDAS DE DONDE ALOJARNOS.

Amigos es una gozada ojala mi casa fuera así, es como de revista, los dueños encantadores y lo tienen escrupulosamente limpio, nos dieron documentación de la ciudad y lo mas importante nos dijeron donde comer estaba todo buenísimo, no olvidaremos este fin de semana, gracias Gemma.

La suerte de "casi" estrenar este confortable apartamento y estar rodeado de amigos en tal cuidadisimo inmueble nos ha hecho disfrutar aun mas este inolvidable fin de semana.
La cuidadisima decoración, la calidad de cada uno de los muebles y objetos que le dan ese calor y colorido, y los "añadidos" ( información extra, etc...) por parte de sus propietarios, ensalzan aun más el precio razonable que hemos pagado por este fin de semana.
Con tan buen gusto, ilusión y el trato tan cordial que hemos tenido, estoy seguro que estos apartamentos les darán muchas alegrias a sus propietarios desde ya.
Gracias por todas las facilidades y por la confianza anterior a nuestra visita.

Pese y gracias a la lluvia, pasamos unos dias muy agradables en salamanca. Un piso reformado, como nuevo,con todas las comodidades de un hotel de 5 estrellas.Un saludo muy cordial a los propietarios,Gema y su marido que tan atentos estuvieron en todo momento.
